Rite Aid Talks Patient Care Improvement Efforts on PQS Quality Corner Show

Emilee Kennelly, Manager of Adherence Improvement and Clinical Services at Rite Aid recently joined the PQS by Innovaccer Quality Corner Show to discuss their patient care improvement efforts, including rallying their pharmacy teams to help patients manage their medications.

During the interview with PQS host Nick Dorich, PharmD, Kennelly shared insights into Rite Aid’s strategies for empowering pharmacy teams to better support patients in managing their medications. She emphasized the importance of using technology solutions to streamline administrative tasks, allowing pharmacists to focus on providing more personalized clinical care.
