Innovaccer feels like a partner, their executives are engaged, and we have them available with a phone call, text, or email. They will drop what they are doing and talk to us. I occasionally have to remind Innovaccer of their promises, but they keep them. That is a good relationship in my view.

Innovaccer has some great new features. They are doing more predictive analytics on data ingestion and normalization. That has been great. They packaged some things under AI, where they have interactive care management services, which are great. In the care management application, there are lots of insights that Innovaccer Customer Relationship Management gives for care managers. And now they can offer some automation to actually produce scripts based on patient records and the referrals that need to be made. The vendor now even has options where we can allow the system to initiate some of those referral calls and pull in scripting from the record. They are pretty robust care management advancements; it has been impressive. And the firm is increasing their interoperability with outreach options. I would say my overall satisfaction with Innovaccer is top of the scale. I think the areas where we haven’t been at the top of the scale are expected in this business. And especially with a lot of the technology advances that Innovaccer is working on and the completion of some of our implementation steps, I expect us to be at the top of the scale a year from now.

What really set Innovaccer apart for me was their desire to do what was best for our business use case. They were not just focused on supplying features and functions, but if there were things that we were trying to get at that their current capabilities didn't deliver on, they were able to figure out how to get those things done. Innovaccer is very innovative and customer focused in terms of our goals, and they are more worried about the relationship than they are about the contract dollars. They want to get paid for what they do, but they also realize the potential to think beyond the business scope to the business opportunity not just for us as a client but also for the industry itself. If we win, the vendor wins. When they win, that means we are going to get more referrals and we can use our clients as our best-practice benchmarks for other people to glean from.

When we first went with Innovaccer Customer Relationship Management, we moved from a different platform, and my staff members were so happy with the change. It actually improved our ability to perform better. We could reduce excessive productivity to do certain tasks and use some FTE hours to do other things and develop our program better just because it saved us a lot of time in the development.Oct 2024

I couldn't be happier with Innovaccer. Not only do I enjoy the product but I also enjoy the team that we work with. They have the same team members who have been there since pretty much the beginning, and they are fun to work with. I enjoy the relationship with them. We have a ticketing process that we go through, and Innovaccer is very responsive. We meet with them on a regular basis. I think anybody who uses their product will be happy with it.

When we went through the training, Innovaccer showed us how to build out the program. They worked with us on how to build out the program. Since then, they have always been available. I have access to my representative, and whenever they do an update, they offer training and give us great feedback. I couldn't be happier with that part
